My 8 year son has improved so much over the past 3 months under Coach B’s training! Coach B is a fantastic coach, the class is set up with drills to improve the player’s foundations. Through the trainings, my son has learnt techniques on how to defend, pivot etc, which was something he didn’t know previously. Coach B also points out the mistakes made by the team, to allow them to constantly improve. The coordinating team Cora and Jess were also fantastic on answering my enquiries promptly and were very helpful when rescheduling was needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a basketball training for your kid!

My son started basketball lessons when he was 7 at the Chinese Swimming Club location. The coaches are good at managing kids of a wide age group and of varying abilities and making sure that the younger/smaller kids aren’t overwhelmed. They are also quick to correct any unsportsmanlike behavior so my kid learnt to be a confident team player pretty early on and always looks forward to his weekly basketball session.

Greetings & we as a family can't thank Coach B enough for inspiring my kid to LOVE basketball - which to us is M-A-S-S-I-V-E, as our kid used to spend an inordinate amount of time on his i-pad. Equally important is how Coach B has been able to transform a "disinterested in life :-) " 12 year old to a true "leader" and not just on the court and also at home, and being a guide to his little brother. I can't express in words, how thrilling this is.

I wholeheartedly and eagerly recommend LJE Sports and Coach B to any parent who is looking for their kids to love the game and grow/transform their lives.

Thank you for supporting our son Nico through the very beginnings of his passion for basketball. He has attended weekly trainings, some holiday camps and matches. You have taught him the fundamentals. You have motivated and encouraged him.

The basketball program conducted by LJE Sports is simply the best and most fitting development program for our daughter!!!

When we learned of her growing interest in competitive basketball beyond the scope of co-curriculum activity in school, we knew that we would need to enrol her in a program to upskill and gain further guided exposure.

To make this vision workable, I needed to convince my wife of the program. After witnessing the trial session, my wife became enthusiastic, very supportive and 'sold' by the program.

Having embarked on this program for the past 5-6 months, we are now seeing the benefits of the program Coach Bernard had planned for our daughter's development. The program puts immense emphasis in instilling non-negotiable sporting values such as being discipline, having self-belief and confidence, team work and critical thinking in any sporting individual. For us, these values are paramount and mattered just as much as our daughter's basketball technical development.

One other factor which hooked us as parents to LJE's program is the academy's embrace and believing in achieving excellence with diversity and inclusivity.

It is indeed a beautiful and amazing experience/journey to see young hoopers and enthusiastic parents from diverse cultures coming together on the court as well as the sidelines respectively, interacting and exchanging cultures all binded by our love for the beautiful game of basketball.

This new journey has definitely changed our mundane weekends to one which is energetically hyped up especially during competive matchdays!

The sessions are positive, focused, and the kids are clearly learning so much from Coach B. Our child absolutely loves coming each week, the confidence, skills, and enjoyment he’s getting from the team and coach is great to see.
