Are you a season player and wishes to improve further? Or have you always been interested on basketball but never had the opportunity to try the sport? You have come to the right place!
A structured training program that aims to teach basic skills, improve your weak skill areas, strengthen and reinforce your strong skills, which will help to maximise your potentials in the basketball. Training will be grouped according to your age groups, physical abilities, and skill levels.
By identifying your proficiency level, it will allow our coaches provide the right kind of training. The class will cover essential techniques in Basketball such as:
- Proper shooting forms and styles
- Basic footwork
- Basic plays
About the class:
- Proficiency Level: All Levels
- Age: 30 to 50 years old
- Average class size: 16 per group
- Weekday mornings / Weekend afternoons
- Require minimum 5 pax to start a class
- 10 lessons per term basis
- Trainings conducted by certified coaches (first-aid certified too)
- LJE Sports T-shirts (Only applicable for sign-up of minimum 2 terms)
