1-On-1 Training (Kids-Adults)

1-on-1 training offers a personalised and focused opportunity to address skill gaps or concentrate on developing specific areas of expertise such as shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, and defence.

During private basketball coaching sessions, the emphasis is on refining techniques such as ball handling, shooting mechanics, accuracy, footwork, balance, and executing scoring moves both inside and outside the perimeter. Additionally, defensive principles are covered comprehensively.

Personal basketball coaching not only enhances basketball skills but also contributes to improving overall basketball IQ, confidence, and assertiveness on the court. Small group sessions can evolve into team-oriented concepts.

Tailor your training experience by communicating your specific needs and objectives to Coach B. Some parents may opt for block sessions, resembling a crash course, especially aimed at preparing their child for school team tryouts.

Basketball Fitness for Adults

Our structured training program is designed to cater to individuals of all proficiency levels. We focus on teaching fundamental skills, refining areas of weakness, and strengthening your existing strengths to unlock your full potential on the court.

Coach B is committed to identifying your proficiency level and providing tailored instructions accordingly. Throughout the program, you’ll cover essential basketball techniques including layups, shooting mechanics, footwork fundamentals, and basic plays.

Here are some key details about the class:

Proficiency Level: Open to all skill levels
Age Range: 30 to 50 years old
Average Class Size: Limited to 16 participants per group
Training Schedule: Weekday mornings and weekend afternoons
Minimum Enrollment Requirement: 5 participants to start a class

Fees for the program include:
10 lessons per term basis
Instruction provided by a Certified Coach (with first aid certification)
LJE Sports T-shirts (available for those who sign up for a minimum of 2 terms)
