Upon online enrolment through our website, you will receive an email confirmation for enrolment. You will then receive an invoice through the email provided to us. Should we consider our program unsuitable for your child, we reserve the right to refuse enrolment.
Payment is due immediately. If payment is not received before commencement of 1st lesson, your child will not be allowed to participate in the following training sessions until payment is received. No refunds or make-up classes will be granted for Non-payment. Payments can be made via Paynow or Interbank Transfer.

We have a strictly no refunds policy for any reasons whatsoever.
Students are allowed make-up lessons if they miss training. The make-up lessons are only allowed during the same term and are not to be carried over to the next term with the exception of the term reaching its end. All make-up lessons must be scheduled in advance. No last minute attendance will be accepted.
Only applicable to new students who join during the middle of an ongoing term.
We reserve the right to select a coach depending on the age and ability of every group. Coaches may vary each term.
In order for us to provide individualised quality training and adequate supervision of players’ progress, we have a limit to the number of students who can enrol with us at the start of every term or at certain times of the term. There are set start dates and registration is received on a first come first serve basis.
Right to Terminate
If a student or parent/guardian’s behaviour is found to be consistently aggressive, abusive, and threatening, we reserve the right to terminate lessons and no fees will be refunded. Abusive behaviour towards our staff will result in immediate termination. Physical damages to our property and/or equipment could potentially result in termination or repair fees to be incurred.
Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
LJE Sports Pte Ltd is committed to providing opportunities for individual achievement while maintaining maximum safety standards and supervision; therefore it completes the following tasks to reduce risk:
- Frequent Inspection of facilities and equipment for safety hazards.
- Improved coaching techniques and proper conditioning of athletes.
- Adequate staff training in emergency response procedures and proper use of facilities and equipment.
- Development and enforcement of policies and procedures to minimise risk and guarantee a safe and enjoyable sports environment.
- Design programs according to relevant safety standards.
- Purchase insurance.
However, voluntary participation of LJE Sports Pte Ltd programs, related events, and activities requires all users to read and understand the “LJE Sports Pte Ltd Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability” form below.
Assumption of Risk
By signing up with LJE Sports Pte Ltd’s programs, you as parent/guardian understands that participating in sports activities involve certain inherent risks resulting from the use of equipment or facilities, the activity itself or from the act of others, which cannot be eliminated regardless of the efforts to reduce risk and care taken to avoid injuries. Risks range from minor injuries such as scrapes, sprains, and muscle strain to catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death.
You hereby assert that your child’s participation is voluntary and that you knowingly assume all such risks.
Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being accepted in LJE Sports Pte Ltd program, hereinafter called “Activity”, you and on behalf of your child, assigns, personal representatives, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue LJE Sports Pte Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death) and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in the Activity.
By reading and understanding the Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk agreement, you fully understand its terms and you understand that you have given up substantial rights, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
