Junior Basketball Development Program:

Ages: 5–16 years
Term Length: 10 weeks
Session Duration: 1.5 hours
Our program focuses on skill development, game understanding, and realistic gameplay. Sessions include individual instruction, high-repetition drills, small-group activities, and game scrimmages with running clock and score to replicate a fast-paced game environment. Instruction progresses gradually based on age and ability.

Age Group Focus:

Ages 5–7 (Under 8s)
Fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, and passing while learning to play the game consistently.
Ages 8–10 (Under 10s)
Refinement of core skills with an introduction to ball movement, player roles, and basic offense and defense.
Ages 11–14 (Boys & Girls)
Advanced skill development, player movement, game awareness, and structured offense and defense. Boys programs include added competition preparation.
Under 15s (Boys & Girls)
High-level skill execution, decision-making, and game readiness for competitive play.
